Job summary

Contemporary Catering is seeking a Kitchen Attendant for our aged care facilities across Victoria. The role involves assisting with basic food preparation, meal presentation, and kitchen duties in a busy, supportive team environment.

Part-time and casual positions are available with training provided. A food safety certificate is recommended, and applicants must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and comply with facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or kitchen experience is valued but not mandatory.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Training will be provided for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and meal presentation.
• Set up for meal service and clean down afterwards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Wash dishes and assist with general kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a friendly team to deliver high standards for residents.
