Job summary

Bene Aged Care is seeking reliable, team-focused Kitchenhands to join our St Pauls Residential Facility in the Adelaide Hills on a part-time basis.

You’ll assist with preparation and service of nutritious meals, support dietary requirements, maintain kitchen cleanliness and HACCP documentation.

A current National Police Check and a valid driver’s licence are required, with afternoon/evening shifts; we offer a supportive not-for-profit workplace and salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
• Desirable Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and service of nutritious meals
• Support special dietary requirements and menu delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely
• Complete Food Safety and HACCP documentation
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver excellent service
