BlueCare is hiring a Home Services Officer at Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility. The permanent part-time role offers morning or afternoon shifts, with pay of $30.05 per hour plus super, not-for-profit salary packaging, penalties and allowances.

The successful candidate will join the onsite hospitality team delivering dining, cleaning and laundry services in a resident-centred environment. You will be organized, friendly and dedicated to delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, cleaning or food services.
• Ability to provide person-centred customer service with warmth.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and service, ensuring safe delivery and dietary needs.
• Set up and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas and assist residents during meals.
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties, including resident rooms and shared areas.
• Engage with residents warmly to create a positive experience.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across tasks.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
