Palm Lake Care is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its largest communities in Queensland. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee up to 160 staff across care, hospitality and support services and ensure exceptional, person-centred care in a warm setting.

Qualifikationen

• You will have at least two years in a senior management role in aged care or related health/hospitality settings.
• You possess a healthcare, business or management qualification and knowledge of quality standards.
• You can lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with residents, families, clinicians and leaders.

• Oversee full operation of the home and ensure high-quality, person-centred care with care planning and infection control.
• Drive financial performance, contribute to the budget and operational plan, monitor costs and funding.
• Keep the home full by guiding prospective residents and families through decisions.
• Ensure hospitality and dining meet resident needs within budget.
• Recruit, coach, roster and develop staff with HR support.
• Lead continuous improvement, audits, governance and quality standards compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with doctors, allied health professionals and the community.
