Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is hiring a Customer Experience Support to lead the resident journey from enquiry and assessment through to agreement, move-in and the first 28 days. You will build trust quickly, develop referral pathways and convert genuine enquiries into positive outcomes for older people and families.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in residential aged care admissions or healthcare intake.
• Warm, calm and respectful approach to families making time-sensitive decisions.
• Able to balance enquiry management with pipeline discipline and occupancy goals.
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end admissions journey from enquiry to move-in and 28 days post-acceptance.
• Respond promptly to prospective residents, families and health partners with professionalism.
• Conduct thoughtful tours and follow-up to understand family needs.
• Prepare admission documents and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Build referral pathways with hospitals and community organisations.
