Job summary

Respect Group Limited, via Lyndoch Living in Warrnambool, is seeking a dedicated Food Services Assistant to support residents with nutritious meals and high hygiene standards in a warm, respectful setting.

You will work with our Chef or Cook on regular Tue and Thu shifts, including mornings and afternoons, contributing to a positive dining experience for residents.

Applicants should hold a Food Handling Course, a current National Police Check, and experience in residential aged care food services.

Responsibilities

• Support menu planning to reflect residents’ needs and dietary requirements.
• Prepare, serve, and present meals with high hygiene standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safe food handling practices.
• Monitor food safety and temperatures; handle goods on delivery.
• Deliver meals with a friendly, respectful approach and report any concerns.
