Qualifications

• Has a Food Handling Certificate (or equivalent).
• Has a current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in hospitality, catering or food services.
• Aged care experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plate and serve meals and refreshments.
• Deliver meals to residents with warmth and care.
• Assist with menu implementation to meet residents' preferences.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and infection control.
• Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas.
• Monitor temperatures and stock receipting for food safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure positive dining experiences.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in quality food services.
