Job summary

Dhelkaya Health is seeking an Aged Care Finance Officer to oversee end-to-end financial administration for its aged care services. You will manage resident accounts, RADs and trust accounts, ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.

The role sits within the Finance Team and reports to senior management. Responsibilities include billing, reconciliations, monitoring financial performance, and providing accurate financial information to support operational and strategic

Qualifications

• Formal Qualifications in Finance/Business Administration or several years financial administrative experience with knowledge in accounting principles.
• Proficient data management using Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act relating to Financial Residential Aged Care management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial administration of aged care services.
• Maintain resident accounts, RADs and trust accounts with accuracy.
• Process billing, reconciliations and monitor financial performance.
• Provide reliable financial information to support operations and strategic decisions.
• Support audit processes and liaise with Services Australia for compliance.
