Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in maintenance and handyperson services.

Responsibilities

• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance on the facility's equipment and systems.
• Identifying and addressing maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinating with external contractors and service providers as needed.
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenditures.
• Ensuring the facility's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors.
