The role focuses on risk management, continuous improvement of reporting processes, staff development, and ensuring submissions meet Aged Care Act 2024 requirements, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best-practice governance frameworks, processes and schedules to support compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024 across nine CQHHS facilities.
• Lead the collection, validation, analysis and reporting of compliance data, ensuring accurate, timely and legislation-compliant submissions.
• Provide high-level advice, reports, briefings and evidence-based recommendations to CQHHS leadership, management and key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage compliance risks, strengthen stakeholder relationships and support collaboration across facilities to improve aged care compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data quality and efficiency, including developing staff capability and managing competing priorities.
