Job summary

Aunty Grace Pty is a rapidly growing Support at Home provider focused on improving how care is delivered—combining quality with smarter, more modern ways of working. We’re looking for a Workforce Compliance Officer for a 6-month period to coordinate onboarding, credentialing and verification of workers’ documentation to ensure safe and compliant care.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you’ll communicate with workers by phone and email and support ongoing compliance across the Australian aged

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Australian aged care workforce screening and credentialing requirements.
• Experience in Aged Care, Support at Home, Case Management or health-related fields is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly with workers by telephone, email and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Worker credentialing: onboarding and credentialing of workers, verifying documentation against regulatory requirements.
• Aged Care Compliance: understand and apply worker screening and credentialing requirements; escalate as needed.
• Worker Communication: educate contractors on credentialing needs and follow up on outstanding items.
