Anglicare Sydney is recruiting a Carer to provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping them live with dignity and purpose. You will assist with daily tasks, offer emotional support and companionship, and ensure physical comfort in a nurturing environment.

With kindness and understanding, you will work with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care, monitor progress, and help residents maintain independence and dignity in a supportive team setting.

Competenze

• A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.
• Qualifications recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Support residents with mobility and physical assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care while fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the facility.
