Anglicare Sydney is seeking a dedicated Carer to provide high-quality care to residents in our NSW facilities. You will assist with daily tasks, support mobility, and offer companionship to enrich lives with dignity and purpose.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
• Qualifications recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Support residents with mobility and physical assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and document residents' progress and needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care.
