Calvary George Vowell in Mount Eliza, VIC, is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead our clinical and care teams and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You will contribute to clinical governance and may oversee portfolios such as education, palliative care and infection control.

We value senior nursing leadership, with a current AHPRA registration, and a deep understanding of the aged care sector.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nurse with AHPRA and no restrictions.
• Senior management experience in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of aged care trends and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and care teams to deliver tailored resident care.
• Oversee AN-ACC reappraisals and assessments as required.
• Ensure RN and EN accountability for care planning and reporting.
• Address patient concerns promptly and monitor care gaps.
• Governance oversight for education, palliative care, and infection control.
