Job summary

Calvary is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator for Barongarook Gardens, Colac VIC, to lead our clinical and care teams and drive high-quality, person-centred care.

The role focuses on clinical governance, education portfolios, palliative care and infection control, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified care while meeting regulatory and quality standards. AHPRA registration and aged care leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with AHPRA and no restrictions.
• Senior management experience in aged care.
• Deep knowledge of aged care industry and trends.
• Strong HR management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; adaptable to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and care teams to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Prioritize resident and family preferences, dignity and independence.
• Oversee AN-ACC reappraisals and assessments.
• Hold RNs and ENs accountable for care planning and reporting.
• Conduct routine clinical assessments to address gaps.
