Job summary

RSL LifeCare in Dungog is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to support our aged care homes, delivering high quality meals and friendly service to residents and visitors.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and catering team, ensuring meals meet dietary needs, and maintaining Food Safety Standards while keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Australian working rights required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the catering team and Head Chef to provide high quality catering services for residents and visitors.
• Comply with Food Safety Standards.
• Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing.
• Serve meals and snacks, accommodating special dietary needs.
• Build strong relationships with the team to deliver a positive dining experience.
