Job summary

Right at Home Brisbane South seeks a Business Development Manager to grow the Support at Home program by building referral relationships and guiding clients through onboarding. You will represent the business at events and contribute to social media.

The role targets growth in Brisbane South with a focus on aged care funding landscapes. A self-motivated, reliable professional with First Aid/CPR and a criminal history check is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or community liaison in aged care, ideally with Support at Home or Home Care Package knowledge.
• Strong understanding of the aged care funding landscape.
• Self-motivated and organised, comfortable managing your own diary and pipeline.
• Reliable and accountable, with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Criminal History Check.

About the role
The Support at Home program is reshaping the way older Australians receive care, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the sector and can help us grow with it. You’ll be the face of Right at Home Brisbane South in the community, building the referral relationships that connect more older Brisbane residents with the care they need to stay independent at home.
