Job summary

Right at Home (Australia) Brisbane South seeks an Aged Care Business Development Manager for the Support at Home program. You will build referral networks with hospitals, GPs, and community groups to connect more older Brisbane residents with in-home care.

You’ll onboard clients, nurture relationships, and contribute to growth targets while enjoying a salary of 70,000 AUD to 110,000 AUD per year plus quarterly bonuses up to 10,000 AUD. Work life balance and a small supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or community liaison in aged care, ideally with Support at Home or Home Care Package knowledge.
• Strong understanding of the aged care funding landscape.
• Self-motivated and organised, comfortable managing your own diary and pipeline.
• Reliable and accountable, with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, assessors and community organisations
• Guide new clients and their families through onboarding, supporting them every step of the way.
• Manage expectations and not oversell services.
• Work towards agreed growth and referral targets
• Contribute to our social media presence by sharing stories, updates and events
• Represent the business at expos, networking events and community groups
