Job summary

Ozcare Group is seeking Permanent Part-time Care Assistants to support clients in the Maryborough area (Hervey Bay). You will work as part of a friendly care team to deliver personalised care and help clients maintain independence.

Your tasks include daily living support, personal care, medication assistance, and using a holistic approach to meet each client’s needs. Applicants must reside in Hervey Bay or Maryborough and have basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar care role is required.
• Ability to use a smartphone and Outlook email effectively.
• A warm, caring manner and a commitment to client wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care in line with care plans.
• Assist clients to develop independence and daily living skills.
• Support with personal care tasks including showering and dressing.
• Assist with medication administration and reminders.
• Collaborate with care team using a holistic approach.
