Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support.
• Empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs.
• 12+ months experience delivering exceptional customer service in Aged Care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility, personal care and meals.
• Support residents to join social activities and maintain dignity.
• Follow personalised care plans and report changes to the team.
