Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent) required.
• Current First Aid Certificate held.
• Experience working with people living with dementia preferred.
• Ability to deliver high-energy group activities and one-on-one sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative health and leisure programs.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery for residents.
• Monitor health status and wellbeing during activities.
• Maintain confidential records per standards.
• Organize group excursions and in-house events.
