Job summary

Kirinari Community Services Ltd is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to support older Australians in their own homes across NSW. You will build trusting relationships, deliver compassionate care, and help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in aged or community care, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for supporting seniors. A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are required.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

  • Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation
  • Transport to appointments
  • Shopping and errands
  • Community participation
  • Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
