Matrix Steel is seeking a motivated Production Team Member for our Bundaberg Operations, with an afternoon shift from 2pm to 10pm. You will join a dynamic, national leader in building and home improvement materials, focusing on loading/unloading, manufacturing to customer specs, and operating metal equipment.

Qualifications

• Forklift loader experience.
• Desirable experience with sheet metal manufacturing equipment such as roll formers or press brakes.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Stable work history and reliability.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload trucks using forklift and manual handling.
• Locate finished goods and load to the vehicle.
• Manufacture and assemble goods to customer requirements.
• Operate metal folding, roll forming and pressing machines.
• Maintain general housekeeping in the workplace.
• Participate in training on plant and equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and contribute to a safe environment.
