Matrix Steel is recruiting a Production Team Member for the Bundaberg Operations, working the afternoon shift from 2pm to 10pm. The role focuses on forklift loading, material handling, and assembling goods to customer specs in a fast-paced factory environment.

You will operate metal folding, roll forming and pressing machinery, contribute to housekeeping, and participate in safety training to support a high‑standard production flow.

Formación

• Hands-on forklift loading/unloading experience.
• Desirable experience with sheet metal equipment.
• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift and manual handling.
• Locate finished goods and load to the vehicle.
• Manufacture and assemble goods to customer requirements.
• Operate metal folding, roll form and pressing machines.
• Maintain general housekeeping duties.
• Participate in training on plant and equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a safe workplace.
