McCormick is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our packaging team at the Palmwoods site on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role requires you to work primarily on the afternoon shift roster and lead a team of production operators to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.

You will drive process optimization, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver high‑quality products to customers worldwide.

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment with supervision.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety protocols.
