McCormick Foods seeks a Production Supervisor for the Palmwoods site on the Sunshine Coast, primarily on the afternoon shift. You will lead a team of production operators, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in production/manufacturing with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety protocols.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and implement solutions.
Experience with TPM systems.
Ability to coach RCA activities.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of production operators, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Drive process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Enforce quality control to meet McCormick's standards.
Champion safety compliance and training to maintain a safe workplace.
