Job summary

Accent Group Limited is hiring an Afternoon Shift Team Leader for the distribution centre in Melbourne to coordinate replenishment, pallet movement, and forklift activity during the afternoon window. You will ensure pick faces are stocked, handovers are smooth, and safety standards are maintained for a seamless next-day start.

The role requires leading forklift drivers and replenishment staff, managing shift priorities with available labour and equipment, and driving process improvements in SOPs

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, replenishment, or afternoon shift execution.
• Experience leading forklift operators, replenishment teams, or material handling teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse layout, pick/pack operations, and stock flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment operations during the afternoon shift and ensure stock availability.
• Lead forklift drivers and replenishment team, coordinating workload and priorities.
• Coordinate end-of-shift handovers and communicate priorities to the next shift.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with forklift operations and house rules.
