Baxters Foods Australia – Campbellfield VIC is seeking an Afternoon Shift Warehouse Team Leader to manage the team while actively participating in forklift operations. You will coordinate stock movements, support production requirements and ensure the safe and efficient flow of materials and finished goods across our sites.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the role runs Monday to Friday from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with shift loadings applicable.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• Proven forklift operation experience with high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution sectors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on safety.

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Manage loading, unloading, dispatch and stock movements.
• Ensure timely supply of raw materials to production.
• Support inventory accuracy and stock control activities.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational priorities.
• Liaise with warehouse, production and logistics teams to meet customer and production requirements.

About the role

You will coordinate stock movements, support production requirements and ensure the safe and efficient flow of materials and finished goods across our sites.

About you

• Previous Team Leader, Leading Hand or supervisory experience
• Strong forklift operating experience within a warehouse environment
• Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
• FMCG, manufacturing or distribution experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leadership style and commitment to safety.
