Job summary

Unknown North Brisbane Food Co is seeking a Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the production floor, ensure safety, quality, and high staff engagement, and drive continuous improvement.

You will escalate safety concerns, enforce GMP/HACCP standards, and maintain clean, compliant operations with accurate documentation and real-time data on the dashboard.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience implementing GMP/HACCP and safety standards.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production floor operations during the afternoon shift.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment with high staff engagement.
• Monitor line performance, productivity, and staff allocation against standards.
• Keep the Production Dashboard updated hourly with real-time data and ensure SOPs are followed.
