Arcare is seeking an After-Hours Supervisor in Melbourne to provide clinical leadership and oversee high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will guide care staff and support a collaborative workplace culture while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead development and evaluation of care plans, supervise medication administration, and support families, with a focus on quality standards and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Lead and supervise nursing and care staff.
• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
• Ensure safe and accurate medication administration.
• Provide effective communication and support to residents’ families and representatives.
• Respond to emergencies and manage critical incidents professionally.
• Maintain compliance with aged care standards and organisational policies.
