This role coordinates patient admissions, transfers, and ensures continuous, patient-centred care with a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in hospital leadership or management roles preferred.
• Ability to lead across shifts and teams in a busy hospital.
