Working collaboratively with medical, allied health and nursing teams across the Southwest Campus, you will play an important role in coordinating patient care, facilitating timely admissions and transfers of private patients from Bunbury Regional Hospital, and ensuring continuity of care. You will also oversee after-hours hospital operations, providing clinical coverage seven days a week through a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts. This diverse role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise and leadership skills across a broad range of responsibilities, including workforce coordination, resource management, casual and on-call staffing, emergency response, customer feedback and service improvement. You will contribute to the effective management of hospital resources, monitor operational data, support productivity reviews and help address staffing and bed capacity challenges, while ensuring appropriate access to medications and supporting other essential after-hours clinical and operational requirements.
