Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia & Northern Territory (RFDS) in Darwin and Gove seeks a Base Clinical Educator, Aeromedical Emergency and Transport. This role develops and delivers education, training and competency programs across aeromedical operations to strengthen workforce capability and patient care.

Qualifications

• Flight Nurse experience across fixed-wing and rotary-wing operations.
• Experience developing, coordinating and delivering clinical education and training programs.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and contemporary education practices.
• ALS competencies and ability to work autonomously in isolated environments.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer skills.
• Experience in culturally diverse environments and communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
