Job summary

Service NSW is seeking an Advisor Engagement (Aboriginal Identified) across the Central Coast, Newcastle or Hunter Region to shape and implement our Aboriginal Action Plan for a temporary six-month period.

You will design and deliver engagement initiatives, strengthen relationships, and ensure Aboriginal voices inform strategies, programs, and services in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, community groups, businesses, and government or non-government organisations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver engagement activities that inform, involve, and empower stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach across multiple projects and priorities.
• Cultural awareness and understanding of respectful engagement with Aboriginal communities.

Responsibilities
