Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking a Professional Year Candidate / Provisional Financial Adviser to join Zurich Assure. You will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end financial advice process and work under supervision to develop the skills and behaviours needed for a career as a qualified Financial Adviser.

The role offers a structured pathway, with 5 weeks leave for permanent staff, a hybrid work arrangement, wellbeing payments, and strong training programs to support growth and career progression

Qualifications

• Eligibility to commence Professional Year under the Financial Adviser Standards framework.
• An approved qualification that satisfies or is progressing toward satisfying financial adviser education requirements.
• A genuine passion for building a career as an insurance specialist Financial Adviser.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and stakeholders.

• Eligibility to commence, or current enrolment in, a Professional Year under the Financial Adviser Standards framework.
• An approved qualification that satisfies, or is progressing toward satisfying, financial adviser education requirements.
• A genuine passion for building a career as an insurance specialist Financial Adviser.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to learning, with the ability to take on feedback and apply new knowledge quickly.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• A positive team mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; retail life insurance experience will be highly regarded.
