Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Manager, Advancement Data and Systems to lead data, BI and technology functions supporting alumni engagement and fundraising. You will oversee platforms, operational reporting and data services while driving improvements and strong data integrity for stakeholders.

Based in the International and External Engagement Portfolio, you will influence strategic decisions, lead a skilled team and shape the university's advancement data ecosystem to enable outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in advancement data, systems, or related fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate business intelligence, data management, and systems.
• Experience engaging with senior executives in strategy development and implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in advancement data services, CRMs, marketing automation systems, or equivalent systems.
• Proven ability to manage technology projects and drive continuous improvement in procedures, processes, and systems.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and providing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of trusted data, actionable BI and effective technology solutions for alumni relations and fundraising.
• Oversee data services, platforms and reporting to support stakeholder insights and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement, data integrity and scalable systems across Advancement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable informed engagement with donors and alumni.
