Your role focuses on empowering individuals, fostering hope, and building confidence within a recovery‑oriented environment. It’s a community‑minded opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Bring your lived experience, compassion and belief in recovery to a role where every conversation can change a life. As an Advanced Peer Support Worker, you'll help create a stronger, more connected recovery journey for people accessing mental health services. You'll be part of a team that values lived experience, genuine human connection and the positive difference that comes from walking alongside people as they discover their own strengths and possibilities.
You're someone who sees possibility where others see barriers. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, you understand that meaningful support starts with authentic human connection. You know the value of sharing experience with purpose, and you'll take pride in helping people recognise their strengths, build resilience and move forward with greater confidence. More than a job, you're looking for a role where you can make a lasting difference while continuing to grow personally and professionally within a community-focused health service.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring peer work or mental health qualifications and experience mentoring or supporting others within a peer workforce.
Most importantly, you're passionate about helping people find hope, connection and opportunity, while contributing to a healthier and more inclusive community.
