Qualifications

• Personal lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery, with the ability to use that experience constructively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse range of people.
• Experience supporting, educating or facilitating groups in a recovery-focused environment.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to professional boundaries, respect and inclusion.
• Peer work or mental health qualifications and experience mentoring or supporting others within a peer workforce.
