Job summary

Buttercups Childcare is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team in West Australia, delivering high-quality care and education across early learning programs.

You will collaborate with a passionate team to create a safe, engaging environment for children, build strong relationships with families and the community, and uphold regulatory standards including WWCC and Police Clearance (or onboarding).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
• Warm, caring personality with excellent communication.
• Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families.
• Current WWCC and Police Clearance or ability to obtain on onboarding.
