Qualifications

• Diploma is required in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
• Warm, caring personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families.
