Job summary

Buttercups Childcare in WA is seeking a diploma-qualified Educator to join our team. You will deliver day-to-day care, supervise and educate children, and work with a supportive group of educators to create a safe, engaging environment.

Ideally you hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent, with knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQS, and relevant regulations. WWCC and Police Clearance are required or obtainable on onboarding.

• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
• Current WWCC and Police Clearance (or ability to obtain on onboarding).

What you bring to the table:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
• A warm and caring personality.
• Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
• A current WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
