Buttercups Childcare is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dynamic team in delivering nurturing early learning experiences in WA. You will support children’s development, supervise daily activities and foster partnerships with families and the community.

The ideal candidate holds an ECE qualification, understands EYLF and NQS, and has current First Aid, WWCC, and Police Clearance or onboarding access. Join a fast-growing team focused on quality care.

Formación

• Qualified with Diploma or Bachelor in ECE; ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Regulations.
• Warm, caring personality with excellent communication skills.
• Current First Aid, WWCC, and Police Clearance or onboarding access.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
• Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
• Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

What you bring to the table:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
• A warm and caring personality.
• Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
• A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
