Job summary

Only About Children Enmore campus is seeking a warm, professional Qualified Educator to join our Enmore team. You will deliver high-quality education, support children's learning and wellbeing, and contribute to planning and documentation in a caring, inclusive environment.

You will foster safe routines, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with Room Leaders and Educational Leaders to ensure consistent, quality experiences for every child.

Qualifications

• Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Demonstrated experience as an educator in an early childhood education and care setting.
• Sound understanding of EYLF, NQF and child development principles.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Strong communication skills with children, families and colleagues.
• Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and children's rights.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant state-based child protection clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and OAC Grow Curriculum.
• Support children's wellbeing, routines, agency and sense of belonging through responsive everyday practice.
