Job summary
E4 People is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead a small BSP team within our disability services organisation in Australia.
You will provide clinical governance, supervise practitioners, review assessments, and ensure person-centred outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
The role offers remote work with local travel, and a salary range of AUD 120,001–130,000 plus super and salary packaging benefits.
Qualifications
- Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at Advanced or Specialist level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Experience with complex communication needs and challenging behaviours
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PBS service delivery across the team
- Remote role with travel within local area
- Provide clinical guidance, supervision and support to BSPs
- Review FBA, Behaviour Support Plans and clinical documentation
- Monitor caseloads, capacity and restrictive practices
- Induct and develop new practitioners
- Coach in assessment, intervention planning, report writing and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain relationships with clients, families and other stakeholders
- Support a multidisciplinary disability team
- Escalate complex clinical issues when required
