Curtin University in Perth's Bentley campus seeks an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions process and support their study goals. You will join a fast-paced, service‑driven Admissions team committed to a positive student experience.

Responsibilities include evaluating applications, assessing national and overseas qualifications, advising on entry requirements and pathways, and contributing to system/process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and sound judgement to determine outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare documentation.
• Desirable knowledge of undergraduate and postgraduate admissions.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate applications for entry to Curtin courses.
• Assess national and overseas qualifications in line with university policies.
• Maintain knowledge and provide advice on entry requirements, credit for prior learning and pathway courses.
• Provide a customer-focused admissions advisory service to all stakeholders.
• Undertake projects to maintain and improve pathways, our application systems and processes.
