Job summary

Curtin College, the on-campus pathway to Curtin University, seeks a College Director and Principal to lead the college and its staff journey. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive performance, strategy, and stakeholder engagement to enable student success and commercial growth.

You will oversee budgets, develop relationships with the Partner University and Navitas, and build a culture of continual improvement across delivery, compliance, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the college across the student and college staff journey, supported by a small Senior Executive Management team.
• Drive commercial outcomes including revenue, cost and long-term growth.
• Recruit, nurture and develop talent, manage performance, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Develop and execute annual plans and long-term strategies with the Partner University, Navitas, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead regulatory submissions and evaluations, and build staff capability within the regulatory framework.
