Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills.
• Highly developed organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care standards.

Aufgaben

• Drive occupancy through local area marketing and admission activities and act as a single point of contact for residents, families and lead sources.
• Manage resident administration including enquiries, admissions and occupancy targets.
• General administration including document control, filing and reception duties.
• Implement organisational initiatives and community events as directed by leadership.
• Manning the main reception desk and other tasks as directed by the General Manager.
