Job summary

Bupa Aged Care Pottsville Beach is seeking compassionate carers to support residents in a peaceful NSW holiday village setting.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, respectful care, while growing through access to training, buddy programs and recognition for outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
• A passion and energy for world class care.
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be a pivotal part of improving outcomes for residents and contribute to best-quality care.
• Support residents to live healthier, happier lives with autonomy and dignity.
