Job summary

Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia – Oxley QLD is seeking an organised & proactive Branch Administrator to join our administration team in Brisbane.

The role includes taking customer sales calls, delivering admin support to the sales/service/tech teams, and maintaining databases and documentation. You will assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications, and coordinate services on-site or off-site.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable team player with clear written and verbal communication.
• Current work rights in Australia.
• Experience in admin within mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take and complete customer sales calls at Branch.
• Deliver admin support to the team in sales, service or tech support.
• Maintain accurate databases and documentation.
• Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications.
