We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to provide essential day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Joint Helicopter School (JHS). Based within the 723 Squadron Executive Office, this role plays a key part in supporting the smooth running of the school through a broad range of administrative and site coordination responsibilities.
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) supports the Australian Defence Force Joint Helicopter School through the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) Program, located at HMAS Albatross, Nowra, New South Wales.
This is a hands‑on, varied and highly rewarding role. You will work across both office‑based administration and practical site coordination, managing responsibilities such as digital record‑keeping, procurement, logistics and trainee support. We are looking for a highly organised, dependable professional who can confidently adapt between multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet Defence security requirements and must be willing to undergo the standard government vetting process, including a full life background check. BDA will sponsor and support the required clearance process.
