Job summary

Fulton Hogan are looking for an experienced office administration professional to join us as a Team Coordinator based in our Richmond office. You will provide administration support for the Executive Assistant, senior leaders, and broader team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, and expense reconciliation.

Based in Richmond, you will also order equipment and supplies, provide reception coverage, plan and coordinate internal and external events, and help

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Prior experience in an administration/reception role.

Responsibilities

  • Administration support for the Executive Assistant, senior leaders and broader team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, and expense reconciliation.
  • Ordering equipment/supplies/uniforms for the team (and broader office supplies as required)
  • Providing Reception cover during period of leave and scheduled breaks
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of internal and external events, functions and business activities.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly and maintains a professional, welcoming environment.
